We collect NPS scores and manually analyse them to understand the CSAT

We don't communicate our strategy and plan to the internal teams well

Hand-off to CS team is highly automated

Downstream teams like Finance ERP don't need to know or care about Upstream processes like Demandgen

Our leadership team is tightknit and work collaboratively

OKR and KPI population and evaluation process is cumbersome especially when getting data from other teams

Employee onboarding process is a manual process

Teams get the data they need delivered to them just-in-time, on time, every time so they can do their work well

Putting together a leadership dashboard and pack is manual

Weekly/monthly reports are just data points, pivots and summary lacking analysis and insights.

In order to know weighted forecasts (based on pipeline stages) and to get reports, we need to request report runs

Automation and Al can have little or no application in analytics and insights for us
